Suitable for Enhancement
Refectocil No 3.1 Light Brown is suitable to discreetly emphasise light blonde to light brown eyelashes and eyebrows, if Refectocil No. 3 Natural Brown is felt to be too dark. This colour tone is mainly preferred by blond clients who like a discreet and naturally looking enhancement of their eyebrows.
Tip: By mixing RefectoCil No.3.1 light brown with RefectoCil No. 3 natural brown you can easily obtain any intermediate tone your client may wish!
Oxidant 3% liquid (10 vol.) NEW: in plastic bottle
Liquid peroxide for RefectoCil eyelash and eyebrow tints!
RefectoCil Oxidant 3% liquid is a stabilised developer especially formulated to be used with RefectoCil eyelash and eyebrow tints.
Application: Mix 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% liquid with 2 cm of tint into a creamy paste using the application stick. Apply the paste without delay following the instructions for use of RefectoCil eyelash and eyebrow tints.
Important note: Only the use of RefectoCil Oxidant guarantees the widely known perfect tinting results with RefectoCil tints. Therefore use RefectoCil Eyelash and eyebrow tints always with RefectoCil Oxidant 3% liquid or cream.

WORKS A TREAT. I HAVE HAD MY EYEBROWS TINTED AT MY LOCAL BEAUTY STORE BUT EVERYTIME THEY SEEM TOO DARK. BUT AS THIS IS LIGHT BROWN AND I LITERALLY ONLY LEFT IT ON FOR 15 SECONDS THE COLOUR WAS PERFECT. I WOULD NOT ATTEMPT MY EYELASHES...WILL CARRY ON GOING TO BEAUTY STORE.
