I gave this shaver a good review and these are the official maker's replacement head/foil/cutter set.I have had three of these now - one I damaged through my own clumsiness - foils ARE very delicate!But I do agree with Making and and M J Scott that the replacement head is not EXACTLY the same as the original as this caused problems with one in particular of the sets I used. The ribbing on the sides of the head is more pronounced than on my original and I think the fitting is slightly looser. This means that in removing the clear plastic protector before shaving it is possible to pull the head slightly away from the body so the cutters and the foil not quite meet. I now instinctively press the head gently against the body of the shaver just before use and it always works OK.I therefore think there is a very slight but significant difference between heads which probably accounts for the differences of opinion on this issue.
