What does usability mean?, 26 Dec. 2013
The clipper cut well both hair and beard. It is precise and powerful at 1.5mm, 3-23mm and 22-42mm. BUT. The usability of this device is non-existent. You'll always change settings without realizing it, and you will always curse against who designed it when using the on-off and lock-unlock switches.

DONT BUY: One Star is too many!, 26 April 2017
We have used this clipper for a total of 6 times and now it's faulty without any apparent reason . Turns itself off after a few seconds use. No, the head is not clogged, or dirty and the motor runs fine without the head. Must be some electronic sensing device that's failing. Also the controls are totally erratic, lock button, length adjustment etc. The controls are far too complex, in fact reading the other reviews, I would claim this product is not of merchantable quality. Shameful for such a well known company.
