I am very upset and disappointed I just received this product minutes ago opened it and is nothing in the stick itself looks like someone just broke it. How can I get a replacement ? as I looked for a number here but I could not find anything.

Speedy delivery. It's a light purple not deep plum which is what I wanted. Doesn't stay on too long so topping up is a must

Unlike all the other revlon lip pens I found the matte versions very 'cakey' & patchy which was a shame :(
