Excellent Revlon Cuticle Remover, 12 April 2014
This is the best cuticle remover I have ever used and I have tried many, used on a regular basis it will soften and reduce the most dry and ragged cuticles to a neat and tidy condition. Cheaper now on Amazon than it used to be in Boots before it was discontinued there, definitely a good buy.

There are no directions on how to use. I just paint it on. I like it. It is must better than pen type cuticle removers that have to be rinsed off.
