Love the formula and range of shades!, 8 May 2015

I wanted to try a matte lip colour in this type of formula for a change from normal matte lipsticks. I actually like the formula, it is non sticky, lightweight and dries down quite quickly to its matte finish. It does have the standard type doe foot applicator but whatever way it has been shaped lets you apply the colour precisely without the need of a lip brush...perfect for when needing to touch up during the day when out and about. I don't tend to lick my lips much and lip colour does tend to last a few hours for me even when not a long lasting formula. Even though this is matte I donlt find it lasts any longer than a usual matte lippy, but then it doesn't claim to be super long lasting and I'd say the claim of lasting 8 hours is stretching it a wee bit, for me it lasts without the need of a touch up for 5.5~6hrs roughly, which i think is pretty good and the norm for me. It came out very orange toned which looked horrible on me and the texture is kind of gross as well. Didn't feel at all comfortable on the lips. I think I would rather just use a matte lipstick, as the convenience of this didn't make up for how icky it felt.
