No-fuss, quick and easy to apply, delivers colour, volume and definition, 7 April 2016

Great everyday mascara that adds volume and definition in a couple of easy strokes. It's all in the brush which is thick in the body but tapered for catching lashes in inner and outer corners. This is supposed to gradually tint lashes but as mine are black I can't see the long-term effect. With no fibres or fuss, this is quick to apply and makes lashes look good without clumping or going crispy. A good foolproof mascara.

Good volumising formula but smudges so easily on any skintype., 18 April 2016

This is a pretty good mascara for volumising if you have the time and inclination to checking and maintaining your look every 1-2 hours due to its smudginess. Whether it dyes lashes is yet to be proven fully, though I can say my blonde lashes were a little bit mousier/darker after just less than a weeks daily use so there's hopes there, I will update if there is a significant difference in time, though be aware it would require continuous use to keep the effect up.

The formula is creamy rather than gel like which I think is to its detriment, gel formulations tend to dry far quicker and smudge less, creams are better for building volume but have more of a tendency to smudge under and along the lash line or gloop.

Unlike some gel formulations you can layer this without much clumping which means you can sculpt big fluttery lashes with multiple coats or just give a boost of volume with a small wiggle through.

However it is very susceptible to smudging on any skin...

Good everyday mascara, not sure if it "tints", 1 May 2016

This mascara gives you smooth separated lashes in one coat, with no clumping. Not the best for thickening lashes at the same time so I've been using it for a less dramatic, lightweight daytime look. My natural lashes aren't black like the mascara but they're on the darker side so I didn't notice any difference with the tint effect to be honest - sounds pretty nifty though, if you've got lighter lashes. No irritation to report and no difficulty removing it with my usual cream cleanser. The mascara is generally long-lasting, just don't rub your eyes or you'll end up with black & green smears - yes, green!
