I was very satisfied until this happened, 8 Jan. 2016
2 stars because I have been using this product for 3 months now and then this afternoon when I got it out to use, it burnt my face with a sensation I have never felt from this product before, it has left my face with a swollen and very sore burnt patch.I was very satisfied until this happened, I feel like I have wasted my money slightly as now I can't contact the seller because the item is "under review" does this mean people are having similar issues?

When you try to remove hair from body parts who folding this gadget just do not start to work because of design. There is 4 buttons who must be placed same corner at time. If no then IPL do not send light to your skin.
