This product is unusual as it acts as both a barrier and a repairing cream. I have very dry sensitive skin and this suits me well, and is very effective. My only reservation is the price - it is expensive!

A "must have" product for those with dry hands!!, 22 Feb. 2015
I bought this cream on holiday after I ran out of E45. It is amazing!! I apply it daily and it helps me manage the dry skin on my hands. After a few days use, my hands were so much better. They were no longer red and chapped. The cream isn't greasy and feels quite light on the skin once rubbed in. I'm not an expert but I would consider giving this a try for mild skin complaints.

Best hand cream for cleaners!, 18 Oct. 2016
As a B&B owner with lots of cleaning duties my hands and nails get very chapped, cracked and sore. The cracking by the side at the nail at the top of my fingers was really bad. I started using this cream a few months ago and it's stopped all my cracking. You don't need a lot and it's not a daily need to use the cream. Excellent product, really works.
