after using it 3 or 4 times the brush kept falling out of the casing and in the end I lost the brush

Although the brush arrived quickly and the packiging is very nice the brush itself did not live up to expectations as the bristles are much too soft to be able to get a good outline on the lips

No real complaints- although the brush did once fall out of the casing it was nothing a little super glue wouldn't fix. A good buy at such a low price.
