Love my lamp the British plug was to heavy for the lamp so I went and bout an adapter myself for £6.00 wrote to seller to tell them and they refunded me it back when I sent a picture of my receipt very happy thank you.

Arrived really quickly. Works with the adaptor. Was only getting 3-4 days from previous lamp. So far 8 days in and still OK!

The plug is a little clunky if you using the British plug. And the buttons are on the other side so it makes it awkward for home use. Apart from that, cannot fault the product! Shipping and packaging was great, arrived bang on the first promised day, easy to track.
