I received this today and to my disappointment there was no instructions or information on the box or leaflets in English so that is the reason for my missing star.
The device comes with 5 heads each with a different purpose so I tried them all out.
Brush - I applied my usual face wash to my face, dipped the brush in water and began to run the device along my face. The brush is lovely and soft and doesn't feel scratchy at all. I found that the brush gave a very nice sensation on the face and left my skin clean and exfoliated.
Sponge 1 - one of the sponges is more like a dish sponge than a make up sponge and I used this to apply my moisturiser. I dipped the sponge into my moisturiser lightly and then applied it with the device. I found it a very relaxing process and it seemed to work well. I think my skin actually absorbed the moisturiser much faster than usual and I was able to get nice even coverage
