I was looking for an item that alleviated my headaches as I am unable to take normal painkillers at the moment.

Although the description states the size it is difficult to gauge the physical size and I used the illustration attached to the product to assess the suitability. The illustration clearly shows the mask covering not only the eye socket but going well above the brow line and down level with the bottom of the nose. This illustration is entirely misleading and the product that is sent is significantly smaller. If the product in the illustration was representative of the product described then I would not have purchased.

When I raised the issue with the seller they have advised I can return the item if I am not happy although, once I have purchased a suitable envelope and paid for postage it is likely to have cost me more than the product in the first place. They also stated that the description clearly states the size and do not see an issue with the...

I use this as part of my management of dry eye syndrome. Just heat it in a cup of hot water straight from kettle. It works well. It is very inexpensive and arrived fast simply packaged.

The mask came with no instructions for HOW to heat and cool it.I used my common sense and soaked it in hot water, but once i put it on my eyes it ran out of heat very quickly leaving little time to relax.
