This stuff is awesome.I occasionally do musical theatre, and some of the guys in the theatre company recommended this for really clearing the throat and getting rid of any nasty tickliness/hoarseness - which can often be a problem for me as I seem to be really prone to getting bugs/colds, and the company I perform with does its annual show in the middle of winter!Suffice to say I will never do another show without it. I don't actually mind the taste too much. You can gargle it or swallow it and you can feel it working pretty much instantly. I recommend these and Vocalzone together for a great, clear voice and worry-free singing.Awesome.

Partially successful, but very short term. I have a fairly high tolerance to vile tasting medicines, but this was one feels really bitter and acidic, so be warned.
