I was a bit dubious about using this as I have quite thin hair but after you master getting it into place there is a remarkable difference in my pony tail. I always wondered how film stars etc got their pony tails to sit quite "high" up (for want of a better term) and now I know. If you like to wear your hair in a pony tail buy this. You won't regret it.

This is amazing I have very fine hair after having cancer and when I wear a pony tail it looks leven thinner there is hardly any thing there, but this little gadget is amazing makes my hair look thick and gives an amazing pony tail. Best thing I have ever bought for my hair. Love it
