This is the first time I have used Shea butter as part of my beauty regime and I love it! I have very sensitive skin so the chemical free, natural ingredients first attracted me to this product. The butter melts quickly and soaks in easily for soft supple skin (it has even had a small effect on some minor cellulite). The lavender is a nice addition leaving a gentle scent on the body for a few hours after application. The 100g pot should last a few months, as a small amount seems to go a long way. I like this product so much I might have try a few of the other butters within the range.

I have been using Shea butter for over 14 years now (L'Occitane) But have found this product while searching for something new to try, this is a very versatile product and I use it on my face and hair and anywhere on my body where it needs to be soothed and nourished, a little goes a long way and it melts really easily, my skin drinks it up (I have reactive eczema and its also prone to cracking open and very sensitive dry skin) Has come in very handy during this winter, with the high winds and rain, I add some more on to use as a protective barrier when outside! And I think this is a lot better quality than the one I have been using. A lot more product for a fraction of the price! So good I bought another one too, even though it will be ages before I run out!

the butter is ok. it quite gritty so you have to rub it in your hands so it goes on more easily however it is not as hard as some of the shea butters I have used in the past. it is strongly smelling of lavender it will over power any perfume you wear with it
