It's Okay. I leave it in for 5-10 minutes and my hair does feel a bit softer but for the effort it's not worth it. I have ridiculously thick, frizzy hair and was hoping this mask would add shine and make it more manageable but i don't notice a huge difference. I've been through so many hair products trying to find something that makes a noticeable difference and out of everything the only product I would recommend for frizzy hair is Fushi Really Good Hair Oil but there's no miracles out there sadly.

So disappointed. Thought because it was Shiseido it would be good. Took quite a while to get it. All directions in Japanese. I wonder if it is authentic
