Product Description:HOW THE DECOLLETTE PAD WORKS: Our Decollette Pads are composed of 100% Medical Grade Silicone. Electro static energy provided by the pads when worn is supposed to improve the irregular collagen structure and also creates an increased blood flow which results in an improved skin tone. Silicone should contribute to moisturising the skin by drawing the skin's moisture to the surface. This process has been shown to hydrate the skin and is an important factor in healing scars. Prolonged use will help return Chest skin to a more youthful and supple appearance, by softening fine lines and wrinkles. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: 1. Remove pad from box, cut open poly bag, do not discard. Remove pad from backing. 2. The pad is self-adhesive. The pad will begin to lose adhesive qualities in approximately 30-60 days. Once this happens a new pad should be applied. 3. Apply the pad to the desired area of the chest while sleeping, or any time of day for an hour or more. 4. Make sure the chest area is thoroughly clean, dry and free of moisturisers, sunscreens,etc. Sweating at night may interfere with adhesion. 5. Remove the pad slowly in the morning in an upwards motion and store stuck to the poly bag. 6. Pads should be washed occasionally to remove exfoliated skin cells that may interfere with the adhesive quality of the pad. 7. Pads should be washed with an antibacterial soap that is free of moisturisers, emollients or oils. Allow pad to air dry in a clean location. Do not dry with a towel. Once dry, return to poly bag. 8. Do not use on sensitive, irritated, cut, scratched or burned skin. Do not use if there is a known sensitivity to silicone. Discontinue use if a rash or irritation occurs. 9. Decollette pads are made of 100% medical grade silicone. There are no allergy causing additives oradhesives used. Pad is not transdermal.

I have just ordered my 3rd one, these are brilliant and do work. I am an E cup and like sleeping on my side and getting some sun in the summer so my Decollette is starting to show the sign of wrinkles. The first time I used the pad I noticed an improvement, I think it's important for people to understand this is not a permanent reversal but a short term fix, you have to keep using them, which can be costly because they only last a few weeks if you use them regularly, BUT what a brilliant invention, the Decollette is such an age giveaway and can dictate what we wear if we're not feeling good ourselves, it really makes such a difference to me that even at 52 I can still wear low tops and pretty dresses with more confidence.

I have seen a review recently that states the stickiness of the pads isn't as good, I do agree with this, but the product is still excellent, hopefully the manufacturer will address this if we all complain, I wouldn't want to see the Decollette Pads...

Does not stick!, 12 Aug. 2014
I was very disappointed with this item. The sad thing is - it really does work! There was a definite, noticeable difference from the first time of using it. However, like many of the other reviews say it does not last. It was sticky for about five days of wear (even making sure that I did not have any moisterisers or anything on my skin). After that it sort of stuck for a few more days (with me waking up with it sticking on my arm!) and then I gave up. If this was £5 I would have one a week - for the price its just too expensive for how long it lasts. The packaging says up to 30 days I believe - which is completely misleading as I don't see how this could possibly stick for 30 days. Shame because it works! The moral of this story for me - believe what the other reviewers have said and take notice! I think its a pity the seller / distributor is not looking at these reviews because its a great product - with one fundemental flaw!

can recommended this after several months, 8 April 2015

I've waited several reorders over approximately 6 months to write the fairest and most helpful review I can.

After noticing some "grooves" in the décolletage area, which I knew would eventually turn into permenant lines, I started looking for a solution. This product is the only solution I have found to date - and I can assure you, it really does work.

That said, I do not want to spend £25 every month. I'm a fairly resourceful person so I have been experimenting, the results of which follow.

Firstly, the product does not need to adhere too tightly to the skin to work, in fact I am currently using a pad with very little "stick" left and have been doing so for over 2 months.

Washing the product and the skin carefully, perhaps with toner before and after use, helps with adhesion. I also use bits of micro pore tape to keep old pads in place, making sure I allow some slack in the tape for movement. This usually works...
