Ingredients 100% medical Grade Silicone Directions The Pads are self-adhesive. Apply the pad to the desired area under the eye. May be used while sleeping or any time of the day for an hour or more. Pads should be washed occasionally to remove exfoliated skin cells or any product that may interfere with the adhesive quality of the pad. Remove the pads in the morning and place on the storage tray provided. Put the tray inside the packaging. Insert the tab on the package into the slit to close.

I ordered these before heading for Botox and can say I can see the difference eases away the lines like magic. They feel a bit odd the first night, but you soon get use to it.You really do need to make sure that you have no cream on to get the most benefit from them.
