I've been using this for about 4 weeks now, along with the accelerating cleanser. I'm not sure if it's this cream or a combination of using the cleanser also, but the redness from the broken capillaries has reduced quite a bit & my skin is looking so much healthier!I met a beautician friend today who I hadn't seen for a while, & they commented on how 'fresh' my skin looked. Must be doing something good!! I'll definitely be sticking with Skin Drs :)

not a drastic miracle worker, cannot remove strong broken capillaries, but IS working on me to soften and make less severe areas look more diffuse - ie rather than a web of distinct red veins, after months of product use my cheeks merely have a slight pink glow overall now
