I bought this off another site for about 14-15 pounds. I got the 1.5mm version and I've used it about 3 times now. I think the needles are relatively sharp, better than the super cheap chinese roller I bought ages ago, but not as sharp (and painless) as the roller they used on me at a salon (it was white lotus but shorter needle length). Overall good value for money at 15 pounds but I don't get why it's so expensive here.
Immediately after rolling my skin is super pink and angry looking, almost no bleeding except some irritated spots (that I picked on earlier). It's not noticeable the next morning. I do get dry skin, sloughing off, almost like a glycolic peel, also some itchiness and tightness. None of these side effects last for more than a few days. I've only used it 3 times but I can tell that my skin is a lot clearer and some diffused redness seems diminished, so my skin somehow looks healthier. It has caused some spots, possibly old spots coming to the surface...
