I like the product, it does help accelerate the healing of spots, it doesn't stop the scars forming though, although the dark scars seem slightly less intense.

I agree with Elisabetta - the cap comes loose too easily and it gets through batteries far too quickly BUT it does help my skin. I have rosacea which causes flushing and spots. I use the Spotlight on individual spots and though it doesn't work miracles I think they do heal more quickly and the marks fade more easily. The amazing thing is it brings down a flush - only temporarily but if it reduces the overall severity that helps me a lot as in my case the worse the flush the more likely it is to lead to spots (and sometimes a chain reaction of further sensitivity and flushing). The battery thing is a bit of a problem - it seems almost straight away that the Spotlight starts flashing to indicate the battery is low, but then it'll carry on working with the intermittent light for ages. It might be better if it was just either working or not, with no low level indicator, or if it was rechargeable instead.

I really like this product, It just works! When you have those spots to take forever to heal and none of the other products do anything this helps- it's not magic and doesn't cure everything immediately but I notice an improvement after 24hours compared to if I hadn't used it.
