I've been using this cream every day for about four years. I learnt the importance of everyday sun protection late in life, when I noticed a couple of small dark patches on the side of my face. Eager not to develop any more, I started using this cream and it seems to have done the trick. It's very easy to use and economical. It's quite pricey to buy but lasts for ages as you only need to use a little bit each day. It glides over your skin really well. It's light to wear and you don't get any of that white mask look that you get with some high factor sun creams. I just hope Skinceuticals don't change the product. It's great just as it is. I'll definitely go on using it.

Avoid - packed full with alcohol, 26 Oct. 2013

I have had quite a few hits with SkinCeuticals serums in the past, but recently I have bought a few misses (the moisturising creams are dreadful and too expensive for what they are).

This product is awful. The texture is very sheer considering the high SPF (50 and no white cast). The positives end here. It is packed full with alcohol denatured (I could not find the full list of ngredients anywhere on line and I bought it without having the possibility to check). It stings my face. Even if I have dry skin this one makes me look like a disco ball and has a very heavy and greasy effect. It is unbearable. i put it on a few times and I had to wash it off after a few hours as my face and neck could not handle it. Possibly the worst sunscreen I have ever tried. Overpriced, too little quantity (30ml) and most of all total rubbish. Try the Peter Thomas Roth Ultra Lite Oil Free SPF30 instead - that is very pleasant, with lots of antioxidants and no nasties. It is also 100ml for less...
