I love it !! I measured my arms before i started and its been only a week and i've lost an inch already i'm soo excited...and one thing I do have to say , if you are a size small buy a medium and if you wear a medium size buy a large, because it does fit tight and they do not roll down . I bought both sizes just to make sure it fit me well. I wear it while I work out it makes me sweat a lot more in that area while I wear it working out and the fit was really tight at first but since i started using it while I work out Im still using the large size but its not as tight as it was the first day, i'll be posting my before and after pics in a month. :)
