Somersets Shaving Oil 35ml is available in Oils

Sets up tough heavy beards for a close comfortable shave without nicks or razor burn. Even the thickest stubble won't clog the razor. With added Chamomile to soothe and tea tree oil to stop irritation and prevent razor bumps. There are no irritating soaps - only moisturing oils so you can shave twice a day if necesary. With continued use you will notice a real difference to your complexion.

Ingredients: Hybrid Vegetable Oils, Menthol, Fragrance, Aloe Vera, French Lavender, Tea Tree Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Allantoin, Sweet Almond Oil, Safflower Oil, Borage Oil, Jojoba Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Peppermint Oil, Cinnamon Oil, Ylang Ylang Oil, Vitamin E, Chamomile.

I started using shaving oil when travelling as it takes up less space than foam or gel, however very quickly found that Somersets oil gives a much better shave. It's also better than a similar product from another manufacturer. With the tough beard formula there are no problems with razors clogging. I shave every few days using two razors. At first I go with the grain, I may also try to go against it but don't force it. Then I oil up again, take a brand new razor and go against the grain for a really close shave. The second razor can be reused the next time I shave. 6 drops of oil in total, the product lasts ages.

This is a great product and would have had 5 stars but for price which is quite expensive. I use a Phillishave electric razor and the difference in ease of shaving and the shaved skin has to be experienced to be believed.

I have tried various shaving oils, and this seems as effective as any. It gives a pleasant cool tingle on being applied, and does not clog up my Panasonic wet/dry electric shaver. Definitely recommended.
