I buy these things on a regular basis, mainly because they tend to go blunt after a while. I couldn't find one in my usual shop, so ordered this one online. It's excellent, very good quality, stainless steel throughout, but BEWARE! It's extremely SHARP! You can't feel it cutting through your skin, and if it's facing in the wrong direction you may end up with blood on your hands!

arrived promptly and is as described. looks sturdy, sharp blade, does the job well. as it is a single piece, rather than a blade attached to a handle i think it will be long lasting. i would recommend this product.
