I was lucky enough to get this when it was on a deal from Amazon for only £13 and I'm absolutely thrilled with it. I have both acne and eczema on my face and have been trying for years to find a way to help them. This light really seems to help with the healing process. I still get new spots appearing, but they seem to heal faster than before. And now my skin seems to allow me to add moisturiser for the eczema without bringing me out in lots of acne spots.
I am using this in conjunction with an Oxy Clearlight - which is a blue light treatment, which helps reduce the acne causing bacteria.
It does take quite a bit of time out of the day to do the whole face with the red light, 3 times a day, (plus spot prone areas with the blue light) but it really is worth it. And with both these lights I can still do other things at the same time.
The light does eat batteries, so I highly recommend getting some rechargeable eneloop ones (the Sanyo XX ones from Amazon have done me...
