These tweezers arrived in a tube which is great for storage. They are a pretty vibrant yellow which makes them easy to spot in my make up bag.They are strong and look very durable. They have a sharp precision tip which makes it easier to get even the trickiest or smallest hair. I have poor eyesight so the precision tips made it a somewhat easier. Excellent quality precision tweezers, 27 Dec. 2015

When it comes to tweezers, it's important to understand their are different types; some have a slanted edge, some flat, and some like these come to a precision point (please see attached images).

This probably sounds obvious, but I've noted other reviewers have removed stars for reasons like, they're not as easy to grab an eyebrow hair with as flat tweezers. No they're not, precision tweezers require you to be precise; when you have a whole flat side to work with you're much more likely to catch the hair even if you're slightly "off" as there is a bigger surface area.

Precision tweezers are great for ingrowing hairs, splinters of wood or glass. They can be used for hair removal, but may take practice and can be more painful than angled tweezers if you miss the hair and pinch skin. Some beauticians I've noticed use this type after threading, waxing or tweezing with the angled type, to get a very precise finish removing exact individual hairs.

I don't know what it is with me and tweezers but they seem to be the item I lose most in life! I must have owned and lost 20 pairs up till now. I cannot explain this but as a result, I have tried many styles and always have at least three pairs in my room, bag and at work!

First impressions

These tweezers are bright yellow. I don't know why I was expecting them to be gold. The ends are extremely sharp and come with a rubber protector. It's wise to keep these on them at all times except when in use. The tweezers are nicely presented in a tube and look really attractive.

In use

I like to get my brows threaded but in between times I pluck out the odd hair as they all grow in different cycles. With these tweezers I can target the individual hairs and they are brilliant at getting the hair out on the first little tug. I have also found them to be good in removing any stray fibres from cotton wool that gets in the way when nail painting. I know the next...
