I bought this at the same time as the liquid foundation, and this was definitely a million miles better! It applies evenly, giving me control over how much coverage I want (so it can do very slightly pale, if you only use a little bit, right the way up to pure white zombie effect, if you layer it up with a kabuki brush). I am prone to dry skin, so I use macadamia oil underneath this powder, to ensure it doesn't dry my skin out. All in all, I'm really pleased with this, as a good alternative to white face paint (I am allergic to Snazzaroo), mostly because it blends so much more naturally than the Stargazer Liquid Foundation.

I used this powder paired up with the Stargazer White Liquid Foundation for a cosplay where I needed a totally white face. If you are starting out with white makeup I do recommend this brand as they are great on a budget but remember you do get what you pay for so don't expect total perfection. I used this as a light top up through out my day and to help my liquid foundation set, great stuff perfect for costumes!

This is translucent pressed power. Even though it comes in a compact, it seems to have the properties of a loose powder. It's dusty, so when you use your brush to pick it up (whereas with pressed powder, you have to be a bit more vigorous with your brush), a little dab will do you. My skin is combination/dry so I'll use it on my T-zone (forehead and nose) and it holds up. I do try and set it with a fixing powder, more dewy than matte, because this can make your skin look dry and powdery if you're not careful.
