This is my favourite eye product, I've been using it for a few years now and there's nothing else that's anywhere near as sparkly. I see a lot of bad reviews for it, and it always makes me sad because I know the reviewers have just never been shown how to use it.

First rule: don't try and use a brush! It will go everywhere except for where you want it, and at best you'll get a patchy result. Use your fingers. Dab a tiny amount onto your index finger and practice on your hand first, sweep it lightly over your hand like you're applying blusher. You really do want a tiny amount, if the patch on the back of your hand has clearly defined edges or feels remotely wet, you've used way too much. When you're happy with how it looks on your hand, apply to your eye in the same way. Go for a subtle shimmer first and then build up the layers if you want more sparkle, it's easier to add than to take away.
