I have really thick really curly semi long hair. An average session with my straighteners will take me two hours. I had huge hopes for these.
They arrived next day thanks to amazon prime, and inside was the pink straightener as advertised along with a protective glove, and a set of instructions. After washing my hair I dried with a hairdryer and sectioned very roughly.
I plugged it in and set it to 210, which is hot, but not its hottest. The controls are easy to use and I like that it switches off automatically after a while of not using (about half an hour) so that if you forget to turn it off. It reached temperature very quickly, so I put the glove on, applied some heat protect and gave it a quick brush.
The brush is light and easy to hold. There is no heat directly on your scalp, so even when the brush touched my scalp there was no burning. I brushed the hair, using the glove to guide the brush down.

I am so happy I came across this, it worked perfectly for me. I've tried other hair brush straighteners only to be left disappointed ( the ones with the red rubber tips ). This was so easy to use on my wavy hair and it left it silky straight and in 10 minutes only, where a flat iron would take me 30 mins minimum. It never pulled my hair out like previous brush straighteners, even flat irons break your hair off from so much pulling it through. This is as easy as brushing your hair but not as intense.
It's very well made, high quality, has some weight to it and does not feel cheap at all. It has a soft rubberized shell, that's easy to grip and won't fall off your sink/dresser as easily. The display screen is easy to read and has a good range of temperatures based on your hair type. Its easy to change from Fahrenheit to Celsius. I did not have any issues getting the dents out of the top half of my hair like some people do

Received item today and just had to try it out. As you can see from first photo my hair is naturally thick and curly and bordering on afro texture I'm also in my late 40s so I have found as I have got older my hair is harder to control. I found this straightening brush easy to you and didn't burn my self at all depute not wearing the heat protective glove it took me 20 minutes to get from pic one to pic two. I noticed my ends didn't look smooth so gave them a quick going over with a conventional flat bed straighter see pic 3 and 4 after I had smoothed the ends. I did find using the product I kept catching the heating setting and the ionic button. Now getting upto 230 degrees took a while to get to temperature so this is annoying if you need the highest setting like my hair needs. This product I would recommend as so far this us the easiest I have used.
