Does take out the frizzy ness of hair without the need to keep using hair tongs which really damage your hair. These do come boxed plain which would have been nice to have had a better box if giving as a gift and they are pink with its own velvet carry case. Very simple to use with a Digital LCD display to adjust the temperature to your hair type and also have a temperature control prevents less damage to hair. I like the fact I can switch on in the morning and within a few seconds start brushing my hair while it softens and straightens without damaging my hair If I was going on a night out I may use this to take out any frizzy ness as there is less damage using these and then finish off with a hot iron but that is only on a night out. These are perfect for day use ,work etc without burning your hair and works just as fast as hot irons. Does have a long swivel cable which makes it easy for moving about without it getting tangled or becoming rope like which causes cable to damage...
