Really glad I bought this, it really works! You get lovely smooth hair without it looking flat like it does with straighteners. Only 2 gripes, the cord could be longer as I have to stand to do my hair and, with the plug point on the skirting board, there's only just enough length to do your hair and I'm only 5'4". Secondly I'm constantly changing the temperature as the buttons are on the handle exactly where you hold it.
