You get whats offered. Its 12 volts not 110v or 240v. It does what I expected from a low voltage item. It blows more on the lower heat setting as less power is drawn for the heat element. If you have a lot of hair and want it dry quickly, this is not for you.

Terrible-do not buy, 5 Nov. 2016
Awful product-as soon as turned on, it started pouring out loads of smoke, was sent a replacement and that one cut out after few seconds of testing it and also broke my 12v charging port! Not happy! Was given refund but no compensation for the broken charge port which I now need to take to garage and have fixed!
