excellent quality developer. So easy to apply to the colour tint, the drops come out slowly and methodically unlike the ones from the packs you buy in supermarket drug stores. The fluid is easy to mix and once applied to the lashes it does not reek of chemicals and rarely causes my eyes to water. I found it very easy to apply the mixture to lashes and brows, loved the thick consistency. I will only use this product from now on, so much in the bottle and great value for money! it is just brilliant, thank you

I've never dyed my eyelashes before, but using the Strictly Professional product (tint + developer) was as easy as it gets.The only useful tip I can give is after blending tint + developer, wait for about 5-10 minutes, as the colour gets richer with time.P.S.: You HAVE TO use this with the Eyelash&Eyebrow Tint!

Good product, to be mixed as per instructions with tint. Allows good and true colouring. Very strong product, to use only as directed. Gives excellent salon results. Recommend.
