I was given a pair of scissors pretty much identical to these some 35+ years ago and they're still going strong. The new pair aren't exactly the same but the differences are negligible, and most importantly they do an excellent job in enabling you to trim your nails - without difficulty - using your non-dominant hand, just as easily as using your dominant hand!These are brilliant scissors and I am so pleased to have found they're still available after all this time, which I think says a lot for their design.
