This item arrived neatly boxed and had all the bits and pieces together neatly.

When you turn it on and use it, the sound is similar to that of the dentist drill. It is easy to operate and has a light to indicate it is on. On the reverse is the plug in section with leads and all in perfect order. The drill bits are neatly packaged in a firm plastic box. The plug has an adaptor on it to make it suitable to use in the EU/UK and the manual is useful for anyone who has never used a home nail drill. I have given this to my daughter as she enjoys experimenting with her nails and does different things with her nails and enjoys nail art techniques and...

Came in the wrong packaging, but so far so good! I think if you are using these very often you may need a higher voltage. But I am happy with my purchase.

does not fit standard nail drill bits, 13 Oct. 2016

I am really unhappy with this drill. I think it would be a great machine but I seem to have been sent a handpiece which does not fit standard nail drill bits. I have asked several other nail technicians who have this and none of them have had any problems. I have tried to get this fixed with the supplier but I am having no luck and therefore returning the product as faulty. Really disappointed as I had heard great reviews about this.
