I bought this for my 13yr old granddaughter as a Christmas stocking filler. I chose the grey snakeskin as it is more adult looking than the coloured one. Within 24hrs I received notification from the seller offering me help should I need it, excellent PR skill. The seller obviously cares a great deal about their reputation.The item itself is boxed and the zip case beautifully made. The contents are as advertised and a cleaning cloth is included. The quality of the tools is very good, nothing shoddy about this item. I deliberately chose a set with just enough essential items as a ‘starter kit’ rather than a professional one. It is a good size for travelling or popping into a handbag but big enough to be useful. I am more than pleased with this purchase.
