When I ordered this item it came quite quickly in the post which I was impressed about. The packaging was simple and easy to get into. However the product itself doesn't quite do it for me. I personally think the buffer is too hard for natural nails and better for gel or acrylics but this product may be for acrylics or gels and I didn't release. So I think I will order something with a softer grit perhaps but definitely from the same company because the product was of good quality & design, it came quickly in the post and it was a reasonable price.
