The TOUCHBeauty TB-2016 Mini Electric Heated Eyelash Curler is a really nice and easy to use Tool. Personally I have never curled my Eyelashes as I just usually put Mascara on and that is it but lately since reaching a milestone birthday I have changed and now I want to take care of myself a bit more and pamper myself for a change. so I thought I would give these Eyelash curlers a try and see if it really makes my lashes look better. So after unpacking it and reading the instructions I first put the 2AA Batteries into the battery compartment on the back. I had a few practices before using them heated like I said I have never tried curling my eyelashes before so better to be safe than sorry. Right I was ready to try them heated so I switched them on by the on/off switch at the side and a green indicator light came on so I knew that they where working. I'm amazed that only myself and one other woman are reviewers of this eyelash curler. So I want to make really clear that I actually used the thing, ladies! And I actually really like it. I've been curious about these heated curlers for awhile, but I'm a total cynic. All I could imagine was my singed off lashes and possibly brows, scorch marks in my eye area and all other manner of horrors. Regular curlers are bad enough, heated would probably do irreparable harm. None of that came to pass, I was blown away by how nicely these work.
Usage is simple once you've added two triple A batteries, you simply switch it on and wait for the little red strip to turn clear, indicating it is ready to go. My own method is to curl the lashes at the root, then gently pull though. I add a single light layer of mascara, then curl once more, setting with a final second coat. Having fairly short eyelashes i often struggle to get them looking longer and more full.... i ordered this after reading others reviews about how the heat side of it works.....
you need to buy TWO AA batteries to get this to work...
it simply switches in with the on/off slider button... after a few seconds the red strip turns clear so you know it is ready to use.... you simply place your eyelashes onto the strip and then push the front button upwards towards the lash and hold it in place to let it warm the lash and curl it.... i was a little wary at first because it uses heat but it really isnt bad at all.... it doesnt get overly hot, just enough to give them a lovely natural looking curl...
