Waste of money, 26 April 2015

Keeps cutting out during every use and is not designed for thick hair. Also takes a very long time to style the hair, about 5 minutes per set of hair. It takes me a good hour each use- can do quicker with hair dryer and brush. Wouldn't buy again - don't waste your money!

Absolutely brilliant tool this. It has permanently replaced my hair dryer. I get a far better hair do in far shorter time with this styler. I am now purchasing my THIRD styler as my sister commandeered my first one, and now my daughter wants one too. It gets extremely hot so probably would not be suitable for someone with fine thin hair. I use the 7 day keratin shampoo, conditioner and treatment which needs heat to activate and this works like a bomb. Far quicker than using the straighteners - the straighteners of the same make I might add are just as good as the ghd's for 1/3 of the price. Really good value. The only quibble I have with the styler is that there is only one brush size. Would be nice if there was the facility to fit a smaller brush head for shorter hair. I love it!!

Great hair styler for giving body to hair, 8 Dec. 2015

I love this dryer/styler. This is my third one. I use it daily so they do wear out eventually. No problem for me. I just replace it with the same model when it does wear out.
