I have Afro hair and love love love this. I have tried Aveda Damage Remedy etc etc. I have only used this twice and although the effects may be shortlived in the longterm, right now it's working.My hair is soft, more manageable, there's shine. I leave it in my hair (I apply GENEROUSLY and a the tub feels never ending) for about an hour with a plastic bag or shower cap over my head and wash out. I'm planning on using it once a week. I had braids in for a long time and my hair needs all the love and care it can get. Hair is soft for days which makes detangling easier. Looking forward to the progress.The price is also great! These pots are £5 in the shops when there are no deals on. I paid £1.98 per pot. I see that they've gone up but still cheaper...

Tresemme is such a great brand and this is no exception! Makes your hair feel so soft, would recommend for anyone but especially if you have damaged hair. Only have to use it once every 1/2 weeks.
