The product is great, but maybe from another buyer. Mine arrived all broken at the top, each time I used it I had to hold it in a specific way or everything would just overflow. I didn`t even mention this or tried to get any refund or anything, so maybe it would`ve been alright, but yes, I`d expected it would`ve been minimally protected and it just wasn`t.Again, the product itself is good - although I guess I do prefer the new one, Platinum.

Have used this for quite long time . Good for softening damaged ends . Nothing works on my hair .
