ive bin using this soap for nearly 3 months now and i have used hardly any of it its lasting a very long time makes my skin feel so nice afterwards and dosent give me a rash like some other shaving soap have done in the past it lathers up very quickly and has a very plesent smell i think i bougth this as it costs a lot for shaving foam over the year but this cost more at first but i know it will save money over time i no it gona last more than a year i will be buying the refills for this item once i need one which will be a long time off yet and it makes shaving a nice experience and the razor doesnt pull as the face is not too think with shaving gel in places and gives a even coverage which then stops me getting any rashes or irrittion an all it a plesure to use its worth while getting a decent shaving brush to go with it thou which dosent lose the bristles so easy as the cheap ones are usless i use a omega 49 which seems to of better quality than others i have used i have no doubt...

The quality of the product speaks for itself,the container is both tasteful and extremely attractive,even the box is of high quality and i havent destroyed it.Like all the other Tabac products this is a wonderfully scented and pleasant soap,foams easily and stays useful on your face for even a really slow shave and of course,the smell makes you a little tardy because its so nice!.I actually look forwards to my morning shave just as i always have since i started using Tabac in 1965,the slight astringency reducing the chances of cuts if one is admiring oneself a little too much!,Give it a try,you may well love it as much as i do.

My favourite shaving soap. It just seems to keep on going, as well, which makes it very good value.It lathers up readily, and forms a good, protective layer on your face. I've yet to find another shaving soap that is as protective- it rivals good shaving creams (and lasts much, much longer).The scent is inoffensive, and not very strong, and won't interfere with aftershave if you choose to use any.The bowl is quite nice, though the lid just sits on top. You could secure it with an elastic band for travel, but that's a bit naff, and I think a lighter bowl would be more suitable for travel anyway.Overall, totally recommended. You can also buy the soap separately if you already have a bowl, which makes it even better value.
