Yes gets your hair really clean, I have just grown my natural curly hair from a short spike style, now it's shoulder length and like a spiral perm.This cleaned well, helped define curls also my hair did not frizz.I don't use all the time just when I need it to go back to its perfect style, but I'm sure you could and would possibly get even better results.Nice smell.On the days I use this I get comments at how nice it looks, free and bouncy I was told lol.I love it.
