Larger and ‘Fluffier’ than all my others, 26 Nov. 2015

One of my best discoveries for healthy and therefore better skin is the Konjac Sponge; this provides the most gentle and natural cleansing and exfoliation every time I wash my face. This is the very first step for better, healthy, and beautiful skin, and since my discovery of the Konjac sponge, I have given up my old ways of washing my face with either my hands or a face cloth. The Konjac sponge is extremely gentle; it cleanses, exfoliates and shrinks pores resulting in soft smooth skin.

The benefits of the Konjac sponge include removal of dead skin cells, blackheads, dirt and oil. Therefore, the Konjac eliminates excess sebum as it gently exfoliates and it leaves the skin hydrated with a balanced pH. The Konjac sponge has a unique property layer that holds water and the water layer acts as a buffer, forming a barrier between the sponge and the skin. A good selection of Konjac sponges, 28 Oct. 2015

This product was sent to me for review and came in a cardboard based, heart shaped gift box. It's gold and white in colour, giving it a modern and antique look.

There are 3 different coloured Konjac sponges inside (Charcoal, Green tea and Natural white), an user manual with some very helpful tips, with the core section being in a visual format.

The quality is good and they are approx the same size as an avocado or egg in length but flat . They have the same width as a finger (approx) and whilst the mass is lightweight, the solidify is very hard when new. The design is modern and antique and the heart shape design makes them look cute!.

Each of the sponges are designed to target different conditions:

Charcoal = Acne, blackheads, excess oil, dirt

Green Tea = Repairing damaged skin e.g sunburn

Natural White = Sensitive skin and for babies

Lovely sponge set that come in a lovely presentation box! Really make the skin feel great, and look so pretty too!, 23 Oct. 2015

I received this sponge set for free in return for a review. The following is my honest opinion on this product:

I really like this sponge set, more than the small facial sponges, just because of the lovely heart shaped sponges. To start with you get a wonderful heart shaped gift box and inside there are three differently coloured heart shaped sponges, a thank you note and some information on using and looking after your sponges.

Each konjac sponge is individually wrapped in plastic which keeps them fresh until you use them. You start by soaking the sponge in water until it almost doubles in size. Each sponge is so light and is completely dried out to start with (looking a bit like a pumice stone but feather light). But once soaked the sponge resembles a typical sponge although they seem to feel more springy to me.

Once your sponge is soaked, you just expel the excess moisture and start cleansing. Although you can use them without any cleansers I...
