disappointing, 2 July 2014
This was really diappointing. For the price that I paid, I expected to be able to actually smell it on my pillow but it doesnt even last seconds. Really unhappy customer.

I don't know how a light smell can be so relaxing and help you drift off to sleep but it does! A couple of sprays before getting ready for bed and it's nicely settled when you hit the pillow. You enjoy the smell for a minute and then forget about it because you're likely to fall asleep.Please remember though that it isn't a medicine or magic. It doesn't make you sleep......it helps you relax and sleep. If you're wide awake and not ready for bed, you won't magically sleep......you need to talk to a doctor for prescription sleeping tablets! Reviews saying it doesn't work are looking for that magic, I think.May be of interest to some.......I have suffered for years from migraines with a significant trigger for me being strong smells and this didn't bother me at all.

Nice fragrance but no sleep, 26 May 2014
Smells nice but doesn't work. The different fragrances have a relaxing effect but it didn't send me to sleep I'm afraid.
