Fantastic for a relaxing bath,also helps relieve pain, 5 July 2011
I have used this Bath Sea salt for about 20 years.I use it because it really really helps me to feel pain free without painkillers for an hour (approx) after each bath.The salt helps you to relax and also makes you feel cleaner. I like to add lavender oil to aid the effect.If you have any kind of muscle pain its really good, also if I feel unwell a good soak in this helps me to feel less toxic.

For the price this bath salt is really good value. I find sea salt helps when my eczema flares up and I imagine it would be good for other skin conditions too. My partner uses it after exercise to sooth tired muscles and has no complaints.The downside is that some of the larger salt crystals don't always dissolve but I have found this with other brands too so it wouldn't stop me buying this product again. Also having a sticker or something to seal the box during transport would also be helpful as I find some salt always comes out of the box into the package during posting.

The salt crystals are larger than expected however I put them in my vitamix and crushed them to make a body scrub grain. I use the salt crystals mixed with healhier oil for cooking by casrotino, advocado oil,vanilla and bergamot oil the results is amazing. My skin is silky smooth and the smell is divine.
