My 45 year old girlfriend has a long history of suffering from unhappy skin conditions including acne and pityriasis rosea. On the advice of her dermatologist, she makes use of all natural, organic anti-ageing creams and serums, and she also uses this micro-needle roller once or twice a week.

The roller is made of hard, black plastics, with an ergonomically designed handle which is comfortable to grip. The head of the roller comprises a rotating drum studded with 540 stainless steel micro-needles, set in 9 vertical rows, the needles have a length of 2.5 mms.

As you roll the device across your face, you can feel the needles getting to work on your skin. It's not painful or particularly uncomfortable, but you do know that the skin is being pricked very gently, which means that the pores are being opened up. The roller has never drawn blood on my girlfriend's face, but your skin will redden after you've been using the device for a couple of minutes, as the blood comes...

What an amazing product. I used it twice in 7 days on the large pores on my chin and laughter lines (wrinkles) around my eyes and chin. After the second use I could not only feel a difference but started seeing a difference too. I was rather daunted a pricking myself hundreds of times over, but actually it was no where as bad as I expected. The roller comes in its own sealed plastic container, which I feel it should be kept in when not in use, the roller should also be sterilised after each use. I have taken to hiding this wonderful implement as my husband has noticed the changes a wants to use it on his receding hairline and forehead wrinkles.

Use it once a week. Saw a really scary dermatological video on youtube about using it lol. I dont apply that much force just enough to feel the pinch. only time will tell if it works or not. you got to be patient. I have only used it twice so far. It is almost like deep exfoliation and you got to wait for your skin to heal and grow back so dont overdo it. Give it a few months.
