I don't really find it cooling, nor does it do anything for dark circles but it's an ok light moisturizer and smells really nice and fresh. I have oily skin and use this in the morning under my concealer, it dries immediately and as long as I let it absorb for 5 minutes or so it will stay put all day long without smudging or creasing my make up. You need to be careful not to apply too much pressure since it tends to tug on the skin a bit

Great product! I think you can really see the difference after using it under your eyes as it feels refreshing after use. Also I think the panda design is really cute and is just all round a great product. Thank you :)
